Collected PhotoPolice of Motijheel division under the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested 73 people involved in various criminal activities across the city.
According to the DMP’s media and public relations division press release issued on Friday, police conducted special drives in different crime-prone areas under the division and arrested them yesterday.
It said police arrested 12 from Motijheel Police Station area, 18 from Paltan Police Station, one from Sabujbagh Police Station, 22 from Khilgaon Police Station, one from Rampura Police Station, 15 from Shahjahanpur Police Station and four from Mugda Police Station.
The DMP said police have taken legal action against the arrested persons.
