Three more children died from measles and two others with related symptoms in the 24 hours till Friday morning, said the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in an update.
Since 15 March, the total death toll has hit 211.
During 8am Thursday-8am Friday, 1,115 children were diagnosed with measles-like symptoms and 127 other children with confirmed measles infections.
Since 15 March, 21,467 children have been diagnosed with measles-like symptoms, also considered as suspected measles cases. Over the same period, 3,192 children have been diagnosed with confirmed measles cases.
Dhaka division has been the most affected region, accounting for 9,274 cases of suspected measles, and 1,965 cases of confirmed measles.
Since 15 March, the death toll from measles symptoms have reached 174, and the toll from confirmed measles has reached 37.
