Body of Ahmed Ali killed in Iran–Israel war arrives in Bangladesh

The body of Bangladeshi expatriate Ahmed Ali, who was killed amid the Iran–Israel conflict in Dubai, has arrived in Bangladesh.

His body reached Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Monday morning on Emirates Airlines flight EK-582.

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed and State Minister for Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Md. Nurul Haque were present at the airport to receive the body.

Ahmed Ali was killed during the recent security situation in Dubai linked to the Iran–Israel conflict.

After completing the necessary formalities, arrangements are underway to hand over his body to his family.
