ATN Education, a sister concern of Bangladesh’s leading multimedia conglomerate ATN Group, has signed a bilateral agreement with the Australian College of Agriculture and Horticulture to facilitate higher education opportunities in agriculture for Bangladeshi students in Australia.
In addition to promoting overseas education, the initiative also includes plans to establish an international-standard university in Bangladesh.
The agreement was formally signed on Wednesday (January 21) at the office of ATN Group Chairman Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman, located at Karwan Bazar in the capital. Prior to the signing ceremony, detailed discussions were held on various aspects of the collaboration.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman, Chairman of ATN Education, and Mr. Brian, General Manager of the Australian College of Agriculture and Horticulture.
Through this bilateral agreement, a new bridge of agriculture-based education has been established between the two countries. The signing ceremony was attended by Sajedur Rahman Munim, CEO of ATN MCL and ATN Education; Roksana Rini, Executive Director of ATN Education; Director Anisur Rahman; Director Md. Monirul Islam, among others.
At the conclusion of the event, Mr. Brian paid a courtesy visit to senior officials of ATN Group.
