The metro rail station at Dhaka University (DU) will remain closed on September 8 and 9 due to the Ducsu election.
According to a press release issued by DU Public Relations Office, the metro rail station will remain closed on the day before the polls and on the election day (September 9).
The press release also said that army personnel will be stationed as a "striking force" at the seven entrances of Dhaka University on Ducsu election day.
Chief Returning Officer Prof Mohammad Zashim Uddin announced the schedule at a press conference on July 29.
