The results of this year’s SSC examinations will be released on Monday (August 10).
After the official announcement, students will be able to check their results through three methods: SMS, the official education board website and institution-based result sheets.
Professor Dr. Syed Akhtaruzzaman, chairman of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Dhaka Education Board, confirmed the matter to the media.
1. How to check results online
Students can visit the official education board results website, educationboardresults.gov.bd. They will then need to select SSC/Dakhil under the Examination option.
Next, students must select the examination year, choose their respective education board, and enter their roll and registration numbers correctly.
After completing the security captcha, they need to click Submit. The result will then appear on the screen.
2. How to check results via SMS
SSC results can also be obtained through SMS.
Students need to open the messaging option on their mobile phones and type:
SSC <Board First 3 Letters> <Roll Number> <Year>
The message should be sent to 16222.
Example:
SSC DHA 123456 2026
The result will be sent back via a return SMS.
Dakhil students
Madrasa students must complete pre-registration to receive their results via SMS.
The format is:
Dakhil <Board First 3 Letters> <Roll Number> <Year>
The message should be sent to 16222.
For example, students under the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board can send:
Dakhil MAD 123456 2026
Students who complete the pre-registration process will automatically receive their results on their registered mobile numbers as soon as the results are published.
Technical education students
Students under the technical education board can check their results by sending:
SSC <Board First 3 Letters> <Roll Number> <Year>
to 16222.
Example:
SSC TEC 123456 2026
3. How to check institution-based results
To obtain an institution-based result sheet, users need to visit the education board's official website.
They should then go to the Result section and enter the educational institution's EIIN number.
The result sheet for the respective institution can then be downloaded.
