A district coordination meeting was held in Kurigram on the activities implemented by the LOGIC project to address climate change risks.
The coordination meeting was held at the District Commissioner's Office Hallroom on Monday (December 1) at around 12 noon, organized by Logic.
Kurigram Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Annapurna Debnath was present as the chief guest and Additional Deputy Commissioner B.M. Kudrat-e-Khuda presided over the function.
The program, moderated by Md. Musa, District Coordinator of the Logic Project, was also attended by District Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary Nizam Uddin, Acting General Secretary of the Kurigram Press Club Mahfuz Tutor, Convener of the United Press Club Rashedul Islam Rashed, District Climate Finance Coordinator of the Logic Project Khokon Kumar Kundu, officials of district and upazila government offices, and leaders of various political parties.
In the coordination meeting, the district administration strongly demanded that the activities of the LOGIC project continue in Kurigram district and work for marginal development.
