Three units of the Fire Service and Civil Defence are working to bring the blaze under control.
Talha Bin Jasim, an official of the Fire Service headquarters’ media cell, said three units were dispatched to bring the blaze, which originated at about 11:12AM, under control.
The cause of the fire and the extent of damage were not immediately known, he added.
No casualties had been reported so far.
