Former army officer Mozzafar Hossain, one of the accused in the assassination case of martyred President Ziaur Rahman, was produced before the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on Thursday.
He was brought from prison to the tribunal in a prison van at around 9:25AM.
A petition filed by the prosecution concerning Mozzaffar is scheduled to be heard by a three-member bench of the ICT-2, headed by Chairman Justice Nazrul Islam Chowdhury.
