Parvez Hasan, editor and publisher of the little mag 'Pangkti', lyricist, journalist, poet and rhymer, has been listed as a lyricist for Bangladesh Betar this year.
He received a congratulatory letter from the Sylhet Radio Center and signed the contract, and will enjoy this state honor for life.
From now on, he can send lyrics to any radio station in Bangladesh, including Sylhet Radio, and artists listed on radio stations across the country can sing his songs. He writes songs on various topics.
Parvez Hasan was born on November 9, 1992 in the village of Saitula in Sreemangal Upazila, the tea capital of Moulvibazar district. His father's name is Abdur Rashid, mother's name is Reena Begum. He is the eldest of one brother and one sister. He had a great inclination towards literature since childhood. He started writing poetry while he was in the 6th grade. Many of his poems and rhymes have been published in various newspapers and magazines and little magazines. He started writing songs in rhyme since 2009. So far, the number of his songs has exceeded three and a half hundred.
This creative lyricist has also been a journalist for a long time. He has represented various newspapers and magazines including Prajonmo Tribune, DPC Bangla TV. He is also currently serving as the District Staff Reporter of Morning Post.
He completed his SSC from Haji Abdul Gafur High School in Sreemangal, HSC from Sreemangal Government College, Honors in Bengali Language and Literature from Kamalganj Public College, and Masters in Language and Literature from MC College in Sylhet.
He has been involved with many volunteer organizations since childhood. Many organizations have been formed under his leadership.
Creative and indomitable poet and lyricist Parvez Hasan, in a response, considered it the greatest achievement of his life to be listed on Bangladesh Betar as a lyricist after a long period of writing. He sought everyone's blessings so that he can be listed on BTV in the future.
Parvez Hasan said, "These small achievements in this short life make the path ahead easier, encourage and motivate us to move forward at an indomitable pace."
