General students of Begum Rokeya University have held a protest march demanding a ban on the Awami League on Friday.

After the Friday prayers, the procession started from the university's central mosque, circled the main gate, and ended with a short rally at the main gate.

At that time, the protesters kept chanting slogans like "Awami League has no place in my golden Bengal," "Awami League's address will not be in this Bengal," "No broking, highway, highway," "No den of murderers, this Bengal," etc.

Student Zaker Hossain Pasha said, We can see that a conspiracy is being hatched from behind to destroy the power of the 24th revolution. The students will never accept that fascism is being rehabilitated again. The Awami League must be banned as soon as possible.

Student Shamsur Rahman Sumon said, Once again, attempts are being made to rehabilitate the Awami League before the 24th massacre is tried. The students will never accept that. On August 5, Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman said that all the killings of the 24th movement will be tried. We are not seeing its reflection. There is no opportunity to do politics in Bangladesh before their trial. The students and the public will stop any attempt to return them.

Student Rahmat Ali said, "If there is an attempt to bring back those who opened fire on the student crowd, we will not tolerate it. The student community is ready to thwart any conspiracy. Since the Awami League as a party carried out the killings, they must accept responsibility for the killings and They must be given a full trial. There is no chance of returning them to Bangladesh before the trial is over.
