DU Business Studies Unit Admission Test Today

Dhaka University’s (DU) Business Studies Unit admission test for the 2025-26 session will be held today Saturday (6 December).

The 90-minute test, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, will take place at DU campus and four other divisional universities outside Dhaka.

A total of 34,062 aspirants applied for the 1,050 seats, meaning 32.44 candidates per seat. Of the seats, 930 are for commerce stream students, 95 for science, and 25 for humanities.

The details were confirmed in a notice signed by DU Acting Director (Public Relations) Mohammad Rafiqul Islam.

The test centres outside Dhaka are:

Chittagong University
Rajshahi University
Khulna University
Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Niaz Ahmed Khan will inspect the test centre at the Faculty of Business Studies building at 11:30 am today.

Overall DU Admission Snapshot

This year, DU received 284,216 applications across all units, down from 329,000 last year – an average of 46 candidates per seat university-wide.

The remaining tests are:

Arts, Law & Social Sciences Unit: 13 December (Saturday)
Science Unit: 20 December (Saturday)
All tests (except IBA) are 90 minutes long.
