A special T-20 football tournament featuring the participation of eight districts was successfully concluded in Tangail through a grand and festive event. The entire venue was filled with excitement and enthusiasm as teams from different parts of the country competed in fiercely contested matches.
A total of eight districts participated in the tournament, which were divided into two separate groups. The participating teams were Tangail, Rangpur, Jhenaidah, Chapainawabganj, Gaibandha, Rangamati, Magura, and Rajbari.
Tangail District BNP President Hasanujjaman Shaheen was present at the event. Among the other special guests and organizers were Member of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF), District Convener, and Senior Vice-President of the District Football Association Mr. Tipu Sultan, along with former Member Secretary of District BNP Mahmudul Hasan Sanu.
A large number of sports-loving spectators attended the thrilling tournament and enjoyed the competitive matches. The speakers expressed their hope that regional tournaments of this kind would continue in the future to inspire the youth towards sports and contribute to building a drug-free society.
The successful completion of the tournament has created enthusiasm among football lovers in Tangail and highlighted the importance of promoting sports activities at the regional level.
