Train services of Rajshahi with the rest of the parts were suspended as Rajshahi University students blocked the rail line demanding the decentralisation of Bangladesh and protesting the centralisation of Dhaka University.
Hundreds of students took position on the rail line at 11AM on Wednesday as per of their pre-announced programme.
Following the blockade, all trains got stuck at Rajshahi and Horian stations.
