Collected PhotoBNP acting secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi visited State Minister for Public Administration and Food Md Abdul Bari at Square Hospital in the capital on Friday night.
The state minister is undergoing treatment at the hospital after being injured in a road accident.
During the visit, Rizvi enquired about Abdul Bari’s condition from his doctors and family members and wished him a speedy recovery.
BNP Special Secretary Belayet Hossain and Finance Affairs Secretary Mahmudur Rahman Sumon accompanied Rizvi, who is also an adviser to Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.
Earlier in the day, the car carrying State Minister Abdul Bari met a road accident while he was travelling from Dhaka to his constituency in Joypurhat. The state minister and his wife, Nazma Ara Begum, were injured in the accident.
Bari was subsequently taken to Joypurhat General Hospital. After receiving treatment there, he was referred to Dhaka for better treatment.
