BNP Anniversary Celebrated in Goalanda with Colourful Events

The 48th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) was celebrated with various colourful programmes in Goalanda of Rajbari.
A colourful procession was brought out from the BNP office adjacent to Goalanda Bazar at 11:30am on Tuesday (September 1). The procession marched through the main roads of Goalanda Bazar and ended at the same venue.

Later, a discussion meeting was held at the BNP office. The meeting was chaired by Municipal BNP President Abul Kashem Mondal, while Advocate Md. Aslam Mia, Vice-President of the Central Farmers’ Party and Joint Convener of Rajbari District BNP, attended as the chief guest.
The programme was conducted under the direction of Goalanda Upazila BNP Organising Secretary Md. Amjad Hossain.
Among the special guests were Rajbari Sadar Upazila BNP Convener Abul Hossain Gazi, Goalanda Upazila BNP President Md. Nizam Uddin Sheikh, General Secretary Mosharraf Ahmed, Municipal BNP General Secretary Md. Mujibur Rahman Molla Moji and others.
Speakers at the event included Municipal BNP Senior Vice-President Ziaul Huda Ujjal, Upazila Jubo Dal Member Secretary Sanwar Ahmed, Municipal Jubo Dal Member Secretary Kamruzzaman Kamrul, Upazila Swechchhasebak Dal Member Secretary Saeed Mondal and Municipal Chhatra Dal President Azim Islam, among others.
