Three bodies, including those of a husband and wife and their domestic worker, were recovered from a house in Sylhet city.on Wednesday morning.
Police recovered the bodies from House No. 111 in the Raynagar Mitali residential area.
The deceased were identified as Abdul Sattar Mia, 82, his 72-year-old wife, and their 25-year-old domestic worker.
Khan Md Moinul Zakir, officer-in-charge (OC) of Sylhet Kotwali Model Police Station confirmed the matter.
He said police went to the scene after receiving information from local residents about the triple murder. Police recovered the bodies and are investigating the incident to determine the motive and circumstances behind the killings.
